My children and husband have been coming here for years (since kids were in Elementary school - now they're in college). When you arrive, you are generally made to stand for a long time at the counter before the receptionist/clerk even acknowledges you are standing there. When she does, it is usually without any pleasantness. Not sure it is the same frontdesk clerk each time, but I am always left with a disgruntled feeling. The wait is excruciatingly long most of the time to get into to see the appointment.
The dentist seems nice enough when we speak at the end of the appointment.

Took my 5 year old for a general checkup from a recommendation from my primary dentist (he doesn't do pediatrics). The office staff was inattentive. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes before being acknowledged. The waiting area has a couple toys and a tv. The procedure room was painted kid friendly and had a tv to watch. Xrays were taken and developed right away. Dr Mullen was thorough and explained things to me. However, she was not on task and told me back stories that was beyond my grasp and a total waste of time. She wasn't overly good with my daughter, but didn't scare her either. My daughter was offered a prize after behaving for the appointment, but the prize box had maybe twenty toys in it, all of them broken. I'd rather not have my daughter be offered anything then have her pick from a box of broken junk. I will be looking for a different practice.

Nice enough office and good, convenient location. The dentist/s was/ were accommodating and very pleasant. However, the front office/ receptionist was miserable and downright rude. (Lady, do realize that if you are so rude to patients, people will just stop going to that practice and your bosses (the dentists) will lose patients and YOU will lose your job.) I guess it does not matter how good are the dentists, if the first person people see or talk to upon setting foot in the office is so mean, then that just sets a negative impression from the very start.....
