I was a patient here prior to making an appointment for my child. At the first visit, I was told very rudely to start making plans for braces and dental work because my child's mouth was "a mess". It was also discovered that she had several cavities which needed to be taken care of. The female dentist at this practice then accused me of feeding my child nothing but sugar and sweets, therefore causing her cavities. I was pressured into signing the consent to have all of her cavities filled at one time, without administering nitrous oxide or some sort of adequate pain relief. I was also informed that I would, under no circumstances, be allowed to accompany my child to the exam room (even during her first visit to the dentist). This practice is also incapable of accurately billing insurance. MULTIPLE times they have screwed up a claim and continue to bill insurance plans that I have not subscribed to, and then when the claim is denied, they try to bill me! This pracitce is full of incompetant, rude, unprofessional doctors and staff!

Rude Staff, outreageos fees, poor customer service. The dentist refused to work on my child without administering nitrous oxide (an 8 year old well behaved child). They were not up front about their fees. When I questioned their practices they treated me horrible.

In an emergency this office has taken me in as a new patient and has allowed me to come in after hours at other times. I highly recommend this office.
