Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The wait time is rediculous. If my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere I would. I dread going to that office because I have to spend half my day there on the appointment.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Eight month later, and still having problems getting my money back, all work has to be redone, by another dentist of course.
