I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected.
