Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Walt Anderson, thank goodness he's retired, besides being a bad dentist, he's even worse as an NFL referee! He has no business officiating at any level, he couldn't get a 5 years kids soccer game right! Pathetic.

My personal experience with this provider: The dentists and hygienists are ok. Horrible staff at desk and phones. Trying to schedule an a appointment has always been a nightmare. You're put on hold and forgotten, and when you walk-in to make an appointment, the lady says "You will have to call for an appointment. I am very busy right now." On the fortunate occasions when I did get an appointment, I waitedfor at least two hours to be seen -- one time even being told to re-schedule and come back because "their system was down." Once, they completely forgot about me waiting to have my teeth cleaned. The annoyed person at the desk kept telling me to wait for my name to be called. I was very lucky that nice hygienist noticed me sitting there for more than an hour. Every single time I go there, they never fail to bring my blood pressure up. I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'm switching providers.

This place used to be ok when the old dentist used to be there. Now they are terrible. I went in for a check-up and the dentist spent literally 2 minutes looking at my teeth and then told me I should get veneers to fix the chip in my front tooth and that I should get a teeth bleaching. The price they quoted me was really really high so I decided to check around with other dentists.
After I went to a different dentist, they told me I could fix the small chip without veneers (another dentist told me the same thing). So I did that at the other dentist. ALSO, two other dentists confirmed that I had 2 cavities in my back teeth (which the dentist at Anderson Dental DIDNT EVEN MENTION!).
Additionally, they overcharged my father once for an operation and they took 9 months to refund him the money (over $500), despite him calling them multiple times. I scheduled a teeth bleaching and cancelled it after the whole overlooking 2 cavities thing, and they took 5 months to refund my money and only then after several weeks of calling them demanding my money back.

This place is horrible.

They billed me for work that wasn't even done, then tried to strong arm me to pay for additional work I might need in the uture, when I didn't want to do that, they said, well, IF you can't afford it, we have in house financing you could use. What? I didn't say I couldn't afford anything, then on top of that, they billed me for things that were taken care of by insurance, now I am over billed by $900 and they won't refund my money. They say it takes 3 weeks for a credit. When that didn't happen, I checked back with them and then they said they can only do credits at the beginning of a billing cycle. Now it's been 3 months and I still have $900 I am paying interest on because I won't pay the bill I don't owe! They are scam artists and use agressive billing tactics. Stay FAR AWAY from this place! Or you'll be sorry!
