They weren't helpful at all. I showed up on time for my appointment but they turned me away saying I was not on the system. I called my insurance agent, and my agent called my provider. My provider had no record that Anderson ever called to verify. My time was wasted. They should have let me know if they can't verify the insurance. The front office said they don't have my phone#. The fact someone from Anderson did call the previous day to remind me the appointment. I called back asked for office manager, I was put on call for endless minutes. I am considering to go elsewhere in the future.

Everything has been fine really but I always get the distinct feeling that I am a on a conveyor belt in a factory. There aren't any walls or even dividers between the chairs so you see rows of people getting their teeth worked on. It just gives me the feeling that they are cutting costs at the expense of the comfort of their patients. I dunno, maybe I'm being too picky but maybe this will help others choose.
