worst staff and dentist ever! upsell everything! no options only what this dentist wants to do.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra Found out from friends that Dr. Williams dismissed a hygienst who was recovering from breast cancer. She is a single mother of four children. and was always trying to do her very best. However; Dr. Williams, told her she was too slow in sitting her patients. She was only running 5 mins late. .Breast Cancer patients and everyone who stands up for the sick, stand up and be heard. No more!

After more than 30 years of various dental problems, it seemed as if they had all caught up with me in 2010. When I turned 64, it became very clear that I was at a real crossroads with my teeth and I knew I had to do something. Over the prior 15-20 years, all of the dentists I visited provided minimal, pallative care. I was left with missing, failing or failed teeth. I knew that I had to find a dentist and develop a treatment plan that would address the underlying problems.

My search for a skilled, qualified dentist led me to Louisa Comprehensive Dental and Dr. Kurt Williams. As I browsed their website ( www.louisadental.com ) I was very impressed by Dr. Williams’ educational credentials and his practice of “leading edge” dental treatment supported by some 100 hours per year of continuing education. Dr. Williams was very thorough as we discussed my history and we began to develop a restoration plan that provided for my personal dental needs within reasonable financial parameters. It turned out that I had been misinformed for years about my prospects for dental implants. Working with Dr. Williams, in conjunction with a top notch oral surgeon, I now have a total of seven implants. In essence, I have a whole new set of teeth that are fully functional, very attractive and will last for my lifetime.

The staff at Louisa Comprehensive Dental have been very cordial, friendly and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. They do far more than just fill a cavity or clean the teeth. I always felt they were focused on the “whole person” and not just this molar or that filling. I can personally attest that they fulfill their stated goal: “To help our patients achieve the level of dentistry that best fits their lives.” I would gladly recommend them to my family, friends and anyone else, who are seeking the highest standards of dental care.
