I was referred by a friend, but was shocked at how unprofessional Dr. Dias-Martin actually is. I waited about an hour until the nurse called me in and asked what I was there for. I wanted to ask questions about menopause, so she told me I didn't need an exam. When the doctor came in, she became very angry when I told her I was there to talk about menopause, because the appointment had been mistakenly recorded as a new patient exam and she only allocated 15 minutes. Instead of apologizing, telling me when she does do menopause consultations and asking me to please reschedule so that she can give me the time I need, she just kept going on and on about how "this is not going to happen", yelling at the receptionist about it, and acting angry with me. Although I had waited over an hour in total and wasted my time I still would have rescheduled if she'd been nice about it. But under the circumstances I would not be comfortable being in a vulnerable position with her. I'd say stay away if you possibly have another option.

I will absolutely return. I had a wonderful experience. They knocked before entering the exam room, and waited for me to reply. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They reviewed my medical history with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough. The wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
