Last night was the final straw. Any Pediatrician that keeps you waiting an average of 1 hour past your wait time is a joke. I have been going there for 3 years and unless you are having a well visit in the Oak Ridge office in the middle of the day your wait time is ridiculous. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was their formere Nurse Practioner Kristin. Once she left there was no reason to continue going there. Last night my 7:40 appt, with a sick 3 year old, turned into a 8:50 appt. SInce this happens every time they obviously have schedule and lack of respect for their patients issues. I will find a pediatrician that cares about their patients.

Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are professional yet left a lasting impression, which makes the whole experience much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate as well as the secondary office in Oak Ridge which is even better for me! I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been going to them for almost 15yrs with my boys. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
