All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week and everything is outdated. Barely any toys in the small waiting room where germs just fester and fester (no separate sick kids waiting room). I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room, however, there is nothing for a toddler to do in the exam room so he became bored/cranky quickly. The AVERAGE wait time in the exam room is HALF AN HOUR. (my longest was 53 min) This is a main reason I switched pedis. They also won't let you book a well baby visit with a sick visit (and no, it has nothing to do with giving shots when sick). I'm sure they just want to have more to bill out. They had evening and weekend appointments. All-in-all, I switched pedis after my son turned 18 months old. Dr. Charles is AWESOME and Kristen the nurse pract. is awesome too. The other doctors were, eh. I wouldn't recommend this practice, but I wouldn't warn against it either.
