This office doesn't have as long of a wait time as I had experienced at Pediacare on RT23S (our child's original pediatrician was there, but we changed to PPA because the wait time was outrageous. PPA is pretty flexible, but it's frustrating to get an appointment when your child is sick. I often have to wait until the evening if I'm calling in the morning. With a child in daycare, the sooner they start medication, the sooner they can go back to daycare and I can go back to work! I really wish they saved morning time slots for sick visits.

I'm happy with Dr. Nelson and the staff is fairly pleasant. I'm hesitant to change pediatricians again because I wonder if this is as good as it gets in the area!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

A year ago, I would have rated them 5 stars. After my last experience with this office, I wouldn't send anyone here. The front desk staff is rude, the offices are outdated and they make you feel like you are annoying them if you need a last minute night appointment if your child suddenly gets sick. I ended up having to just head to an emergency room since a dr didn't have time to see us. It seems like once they lost their NP Kristen Depuyt, everything has gone downhill. She was always the one that made is feel welcome and was the most thorough provider at the practice. I won't be going back here.
