I'm so pleased to have Lisa Hernandez so close to my home. She, her staff are extremely kind, attentive and cannot speak highly enough about the entire office.

I like the doctor and the PA, but the staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude when you call to make appointments. Not friendly at all when you go to the office. Have been going to Arbor Medical for about five years but will be looking for a new doctor now- can't take the rude staff any more. Liking the doctor doesn't outway the nasty staff.

Never before had I had a doctor talk to me the way Dr. hernandez did. Would not recommend & definitely never go. Sorry for asking questions? Thought that what u did when you go see a doctor. Sorry to have bother her.
