I absolutely love Dr. Pointon, she always makes me feel comfortable & I can tell she always wants what is best for me. She really goes above and beyond as a doctor. I felt that her practice really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I have been using Dr Pointon for about 3 years. She is extremely professional and attentive to any issues I have. Several skin problems have been discovered and solved either in the office or by scheduling further surgery. She si always up to date with issues on my previous visits (she obviously reads my clinical notes before seeing me). She is friendly, courteous and likeable. I could not recommend more highly!

Doctor is professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the patient's needs, takes time to listen and answer every question. I really feel cared for and get help right away when I need it. The office is easy to locate, well organized and clean.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
