The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
I'm a young woman who has suffered from high anxiety and recovering from a life threatening disease. I just moved here and went to Dr.Williams office asking for a non narcotic prescription and help with my anxiety. My past doctor threw meds my way forcing me to pick up the medicine and not taking them. Xanax, Fetynol, Clolopin, etc...instead of looking at my medical history Dr. Barton (based on my appearance) proceeded to call me a pill seeker and threatened to call the police. I have never been so insulted in my life! I stop taking my Fetynol cold turkey over a month ago and needed anxiety medication that is non addictive. Not the sign of a seeker. I highly recommend if you want a doctor to help you DO NOT see this physician.
