Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I give them the credit for saving my life by going the extra mile on some testing which led to the discovery of some medical conditions that need immediate attention. I had no symptoms of this conditions and it would have proved fatal if not for their questioning attitude.
