In case of emergency, he said he doesn’t have an AED defibrillator machine in his office because he said that he doesn’t want to get sued if he has it in his office and has to use it and things go bad

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT may be in order:
If patients believe they have been mislead and that Craig misrepresented and committed false advertisement on his website or the like and they detrimentally relied on it, they may want to rise up with a class action lawsuit or the like. False advertisement is no joke! Misrepresenting the facts - - Squirming around half truths, and patients detrimentally relying on those false advertisements should be for a jury to decide what damages are appropriate.
For a lawsuit, remember that Craig has been sued before. ( hint: look up Tort II Professor Dewolf Spring 1995 May 12, Gonzaga law school final exam.) To try and dodge judgments Craig said he put his house located at 4556 Crossfields Road in Sylvania in his wife’s name, Anna Kristiina Burkhart, who then transferred it into her trust. Another real propety is his horse farm and other property in Lenawee County in his wife’s name or her trust. Craig said that his wife was in charge of his office and looked over the books. Craig advertises that his wife Tina is a CPA so I guess that’s why he said that she’s always regularly going over the books of the medical office. He met her at law school at T.U., but he dropped out and quit because he said people were pointing at him.
He said she had leased additional space, but not for public viewing, under the same roof as his (or their) medical office. And remember in his “About Us” in his website, he opens the door and lists the degrees of his wife, Tiina, aka Ana Kristiina Burkhart, aka A. Kristina Burkhart like it shows on a deed.
So perhaps don’t just list Craig in the class action lawsuit. It’s too bad that she never passed the bar exam.
In case of emergency, Craig said he doesn’t have an AED defibrillator machine in his office because he said that he doesn’t want to get sued if he has it in his office and has to use it and things go bad.
Craig said that he tries to avoid lawsuits so as a first line of defense he likes patients to sign additional form(s) in hopes they don’t sue him. He said if patients sign it, they may think that they can't sue him or will discourage them from doing so.
Also in his advertisement online, Craig boasts about his boss-wife Anna Kristiina ( with 3 “i’s”) Burkhart, and his biological children, but neglects to even mention his parents, especially his mother. Craig, did you forget you dumped your kids off at your parent’s house for years and then went off to work? Funny how when your kids got older to a certain age and able to function on their own, you stopped dumping them off at your parent’s house; and miraculously, your wife didn’t feel a need to go to work anymore as a CPA for an employer CPA firm.
Craig claims that he authored numerous articles and patterns; but doesn’t he lose credibility when he lists his biological children as co-authors when two of the three are not even in the medical field?
Refuting Craig‘s advertisement and he post online for his office: I Believe Craig willfully does not tell you the rest of the story: In private, Craig admitted:
1.) Craig said that he quit playing college tennis at the beginning, his first year, because the coach wanted him to spend more time practicing.
2.) Craig was not the state singles tennis champion. It was in doubles, and not in the City League.
3.) Craig used to hit tennis balls very hard at sister Wendy and me because he was not happy with our playing. I remember seeing tennis ball marks on body parts like thighs, which turned into bruises and permanent mental scars.
4.) I bet Craig does not have written permission to post the comic strips on his site such as peanuts and the like. And he’s been doing that for years. I bet Craig‘s not paying royalties to use comic strips to try to promote his office so that his patients will like him or potential patients to like him.
5.) False, Craig’s advertised posts “prayers“ in his medical office advertisement as if he is highly religious and still a regular at Epworth United Methodist Church, like he was before his marriage. I think the walls would fall down and cave in if he were to step foot and a church now. I believe he hasn’t been in a church regularly since.
6.) False that Craig advertised post for his medical office his advertisement that he is a conductor as if he is a leader when he has to ask his wife permission to go to the bathroom.
False that Craig’s advertised post for his medical office his website advertisement that he is a conductor when in truth he has to ask his wife permission to go to the bathroom. Craig said that his wife oversees his office, has the final say on decisions like who gets hired and who gets let go. Craig said he doesn’t even look at the checks anymore when his wife presents them. He said he signs them without looking. He said that he knows that the checks are going towards the horse farm in Michigan in Lawanee County.
To avoid lawsuits, he siad he told his biological kids when they lived at home not to bring over friends that were attorneys because he thinks that will give them an opportunity to sue him. Or purposely not serving alcohol at parties at his house to avoid being sued. Or purposely walking fast in the opposite direction to avoid law suit when an unattended child is crying on the ground in a department store.
When Craig finished using his mother for a babysitter for his biological children, he used her at his dermatology office. Craig really stepped up this time; I think he gave her minimum wage.
In conclusion: stay tuned for next time about the people he posts in his website under About Us:
1.) Craigs cell phone inadvertently
(butt dials ) my phone voice mail when Craig is asking his wife permission to go to the bathroom multiple times. So there is not mistake who is the boss
2.) the time when Craig‘s young son at the time, announced when he was a boy he was peeking on his biological mother in the bathroom; and when she discovered him, she completely disrobed. And what he said that she said was shocking.
