They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
