They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
Additionally, I have been treated by Dr. Friedmann and his exceptional staff for more than 20 years and I feel fortunate to have him as my personal physician.
While he maintains a busy practice, you are never treated as a number...the entire team is tops!
In my experience, you could not find a more caring, thorough and honest professional who cares more about his patients.
And, his loyal staff has been with him for all the years I have been seeing him...which speaks volumes in my book.
Dr. Friedmann and his staff are dedicated to their patients & have always gone above & beyond the call of duty!

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
