They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brad Friedmann since before he was in his own practice. He is an excellent, thorough, caring doctor. We have had our kids coming to him since they were 8 yrs old, now teenagers and in high school and college. The staff are excellent too, so helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Friedmann.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need the office is well organized and well taken care of. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. thank Dr Friedmann and Dr Grabowski you guys and the whole office are the best.
