My family and I have been going to this office for years and years and don't know why I continue to do so. My main gripe is the office staff- the women who answer the phone are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They're known for this- I have several friends and co-workers who have complained of the same thing with Dr. Zernich's office.
Appointments always feel rushed- I don't feel like they're listening so much as trying to get me out the door.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Zernich addressed all my questions, has extremely good interpersonal skills, and is quite interested in his patients care.
