I was very impressed with Dr. Zernich. He is so patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He seems extremely knowlegeable and experienced. I was highly impressed. What a refreshing experience at a doctor's office.

My questions were answered I think. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
