I have had Dr Malsch as my primary care for apx 8 years. He is personable and takes time with all patients. The office manager Kathy is incredibly friendly and helpful. the only criticism is that they tend to over book so I always count on a 1/2 hour wait. I have recommended him to several friends and came to him on a referral from one of my friends

Friendly, family oriented, knowledgable doctors who answer all your questions. Never an excessive wait time to see the doctor. Staff are courteous and helpful - but also very busy! I've had several physicians in my life, but I've been with Dr. Malsch for 13 years now. If you're looking for a new doctor give him a try.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
We had a life insurance company fax over requesting information to approved us for life insurance and the staff never sent the information over. It was clost to 2 months when they were requesting this information and now we can end up not obtaining the life insurance policy due to the staff not responsing to the company. I am very unhappy about the staff because I contacted the office twice to request this infoormation to be sent and it was still not completed.
