One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Over 2 hours in waiting room, doctor rushed me out and the girls in scrubs were not nice. Not going back

1st the girls at the desk are ignorant and RUDE!!! hold time when calling is 25-45 minutes, girl picks up and says "please hold", she then goes back on the line with her girlfriends chatting about last night.

This is not my 1st BAD EXPERIENCE here but it is the most recent and the LAST---

Tried to make appointment after an ER visit, the appointment date was 3 weeks later even though ER recommended seeing primary care doc within 48 hours. Continually called week after week for any available cancellations- the girls @ the desk laugh at your need to see a doctor knowing THEY are in charge. Steingard and Testa are aware of this behavior and permit it! Ridiculous leaving uneducated youngsters with 9months in a trade school to make decisions on who gets treatment and who doesn't.

Finally after getting refused an appointment with in a reasonable time frame I ask to get my records to take to another doctor- the new doc requested this because he had experience with this office and knows it would take WEEKS if we depended on Steingard & Testa's staff to do this on their own accord. this must have ticked her off, they refused to give me my records and never sent the referral to the specialist- I went to my originally scheduled appointment at the 12th street office only to find out the ignorant office staff canceled it without telling me__ The excuse "you asked for your records so you want a different doctor, then go see one"

PLEASE FIND A NEW DOCTOR, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE UNTIL THEY DO AN OVERHAUL OF THEIR STAFF PROBLEMS!!!!

6 months prior I needed a referral for a mammogram (due to a large painful mass in my breast) The office staff refused me a referral with seeing their doctor 1st, that could not have helped me anyway as they don't have imaging equipment. I waited a week, went in for my appointment and was left in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Finally I rescheduled for the next day. Same story, almost 2 hour wait before I started crying "I just need a referral", the doctor came out and said " you could have called that in" I replied "I did but the girl Erica said I had to come in" he assured me this was not the case.
I ended up having major breast surgery within 5 days of seeing the specialist and was admitted to the hospital for 3 days. But this doctor's office staff did not see this as an urgent issue and had no empathy or concern for the emotional stress & trama they caused

RUN .... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!
