their phone is always busy if they answer they put you on hold a d then hang up you can't even leave a message they have no service for that.after going their for many years I had an argument with the front desk because she told me I didn't have insurance whenI knew I did because I went to urgent care 2 days befire and they took my insurance . I have sinced changed dr. and am very satisfied.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
