I only see Dr. Bonaccorsi, as I have been her patient for many years. She has always been thorough, and always answers any questions I have completely. She is a wonderful physician, who is thorough, personable, considerate and caring. Some of her staff, however, leaves much to be desired. Many times I have had difficulty tryng to schedule appointments, or to speak to Dr. Bonaccorsi; neither of which should happen. Most recently, I encountered a ridiculous grilling about why I have not been there in a number of years; which is not the business of the office personnel. I do not appreciate that kind of behavior.
