I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Never answers phone at office. Always an answering machine.
