All of people I know, that had Ortho.Surgery some other place, complained about their problems. Dr. Dean Nachtigal, did my knee replacement, & back surgery. I have no prob. Or pain at all. Knee was over 5 yrs.ago. Back surg was 2013. I have osteo.arthoritis, if I ever need any other ortho. Surgery. He is the one I Trust. Sure hope He doesn't retire.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
