If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I have always been given excellent care from this office, especially Dr. Francis Clark who is always available when you need him.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Clark has always taken care of all my needs and those of my family. He is a wonderful doctor and eye surgeon.

They were always very considerate and professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist I saw for my emergency was Dr. Francis Clark. He was very professional, and spent quite a bit of time with me, giving me a lot of helpful insight to my problem. I will definitely return to this office.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Dr. Clark saved my vision!

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Dr. Francis Clark is hands down the kindest, most thorough doctor i have ever seen. his surgical skills are superior!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Dr. Francis Clark and his entire staff has been providing great care for me and my family for 20 years. they are the best!
