I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The eye doctor I saw, Dr. Francis Clark gave me the most thorough exam I ever had, and I have seen many eye doctors over the years. He actually listened to me and made me feel like I was the most important patient on his mind, even though his office was very busy. I heard patients talking. One was from Switzerland, another from the Bahamas, and one couple were from Montana. Dr. Clark is a wonderful doctor!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The best doctor I have ever seen...the complete doctor- excellent surgeon, great bedside manner, compassionate.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
