Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Now to Dr. Clark...Wow!!!! Very smart with a terrific bedside manner. I REALLY like this doctor. i would recommend this office to anyone!

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. All I can say, if you have an eye problem, you need to experience the caring at this office. It is my favorite doctor's office. I've had the pleasure of having my cataract surgery oerformed by Dr. Francis Clark at this office. His bedside manner was impecable, his care unmatched, and the results were perfect.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist.
I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. . I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Francis Clark has always been available for me and my family and friends, even for last minute emergencies. He has even called me at 10:00 at night, returning my phone call. Dr. Clark was originally referred to me from Wills Eye hospital over 10 years ago, for which I wll always be greatful. Dr. Clark is the best!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. After seeing several eye doctors for a problem, I was told I had to live with my problem (I won't get into all the details as it is very complicated). I saw Dr. Clark and after very entensive testing he immediately knew what the problem was. He prescribed eye drops and within a several days my problem was resolved, never to return. His staff is great. Friendly office.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
