They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
