I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.

Dr. Kapil is the best in Coppell, TX and Baylor is the best in TEXAS !!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I had to write this comment since I took my mother visiting in town to Dr. Kapil recently for a problem that she has been having for some time. Dr. Kapil took time to understand the issue, diagnosed the problem and even follow-up to insure that my mother was doing well. Thanks to the Dr. Kapil and thank God my mother is much much better. Thank you Dr. Kapil, we really appreciate your services even more.
