Dr. Kapil went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. The Dr. took took the time to listen to my problem and took necessary actions to resolve it. I have been to many dr's in the past, but have not had luck finding a good dr. like Dr. Kapil in the area. Thank you Dr. for having the patience to listen to me and my health issues and taking the necessary actions in resolving them.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a good experience. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
