They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
