Dr. Kapil told me "I was taking up too much of her time." She was too busy to answer all my questions and she told me I had too many things going on. I did not feel safe with Dr. Kapil after she yelled at me in front of her staff. I was hurt, humiliated and embarrassed. She wrote a referral for me. She offered false information to another physician. I think she did this intentionally to be mean. I have reason to believe she has not complied with the privacy laws. She treated me with disrespect and was unprofessional. I am considering reporting her to the AMA and Hippa. I no longer recommend Dr. Kapil.
