One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. We (a family of 5) have been Dr. Kapil's patient for the past 10 years and have had no problems clinically or with Billing. I do remember once my employer changed the billing company and that caused some problem. It was not Dr's fault. Once again, we are thankful to the Doc.
