The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Don't be fooled by their new offices. I was there for almost 2 hours before they refused to see me! this DR.. is my primary care Dr and would not see me only becuase i was in a car accident. they could have said this to me when i specifically asked to be seen due to my car accident. Nurses and receptionists very rude
