They couldn't really answer all of my questions, some of them went unanswered. I was a little unsure about my treatment still. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
