For the appointment that I had today, my experience was incredible. The staff and nurse practitioners were all super friendly and welcoming. I was so nervous about getting bloodwork done, but the ladies who did my labs were very patient and sweet to me during the process. I felt like it hadn't been that long since the last time I was seen at that center (11 yrs) because the entire staff made me feel like family, in a sense. Dr. Pickett came out while I was getting my labs done and mentioned something about recognizing me and my voice, and he said that he remembered me. I thought that was awesome, it made the appointment feel more personal. When it came time to see Dr. Pickett he was very professional and actually listened to my concerns. He didn't just try to force a treatment plan on me, he asked me for my input and my standpoint on the treatment options. I just loved how genuine and caring he was with my concerns. I will definitely continue to come to Dr. Pickett for all of my medical needs. He's a wonderful doctor!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
