Although the office is filled with patients, they move you in quickly. Your eyes are dilated ahead of time, the technician does all the prelim testing and then the dr sees you. Dr Cohen is great, always tells you what he's doing and patiently answers all questions. Very helpful.
The front desk could use a little customer service training as they never look you in the eye when checking you in or out. Sometimes trying to make an appointment is challenging. But Dr Cohen's care is excellent.
