The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this place is.
My mother was there and I have observed very bad things. First they gave her shots in her stomach without sterlizing the skin. They left a pain patch on her knee from 9/25-9/27 and the patch was supposed to be put on every moring at 9:00 and taken off at 9:00 every night. She has Alzheimers and is supposed to have a nurse go with her to doctors appointments and this did not happen. The transport company picked her up and took her to the doctors and left her. I received a call from the doctor an hour later to tell me how she was doing and they let me know she was alone. I called the nursing home but got no response back. After 30 more minutes I called the doctors office and told them not to let anyone pick her up I would come and get her. Of course they lied to me about all of it. I also received a call from the nursing home telling me that my mothers arm was swollen and they were going to do an x-ray. They called to tell me her wrist was fractured and they did not take her to the doctor. Put a splint on it and made appointment for the next Monday. That was wrong. I would not send my worse enemy to this place.

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.
