I would never recommend this organization. After countless messages to all levels of staff, I still receive phone calls from staff looking for the maintenance man, Tom. If these people can't dial a phone number correctly, how can they even do their jobs correctly? I get really graphic voicemails on a daily basis about how Tom needs to come by and clean up yet another blood spill, this time by the pool, other times by the rooms, etc. I want this to end, I am tired of the horrible customer service I receive when I have gotten 85+ phone calls from this place in the past few months. I do not recommend this place at all. AWFUL.
