Terrible treatment of patients here...no accountability...they should be closed!!

They did not take care of my family member!!!! Only went into his room for medications. Every time I went in I had to bathe him and his room was never cleaned!!! They never had his arm braces on and when I asked three different times why, they said it wasn't in his orders , yet Every time I asked therapy they said it was put in his orders. He had a clogged catheter and they didn't check it until I told them, then they let him lay there sick for a week waiting for test results before sending him to the hospital, by that time he had sepsis. I had many meetings with management about his care but nothing ever changed. I am not happy with this place at all.

Your place sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to get personnel belongs delivered to me COD or the nursing home he went for help !!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of place are you that you don't send the belongings with the patient especially a VETERAN !!!!!!!!!!!! No rating or 000000

The entire staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional all the way through my relations illness. We were there everyday and treated as family by everyone from Nursing to maintenance. I would rate this place close to the top in the Pittsburgh area without blinking an eye.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of Baldwin Health Center. Whoever is in charge of maintaince does a phenominal job. That is the first thing people notice upon entering any facility. Great job!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
