Some of the patients are extremely loud. I patient screams all day long. Try to take off his clothes. He cusses. Place is under staffed. Patients with mental health challenges of this type should be in a controlled environment.

Don’t patronize this facility. They housed my relative with late stage dementia with someone that does not have dementia and was extorting money n favors from me for months until I said no more. Then my relative said someone hit her! I can guess who. I’m beyond angry now that this facility has left me penniless. And medicare supplied this place knowing how crappy they are, stiffing me with 1 week of coverage when my relative was not ready to go back to her primary facility! I’d rate them less than 1 star if possible.

The place is deficient in many areas. Looks and is rundown and dirty. Staff is very unprofessional. Lots of noise from staff @ Nurses Station and hallways. Inadequate knowledge of disease process and care needs of my family member. Poor knowledge of Hospice protocols. And an occasional belligerent attitude from charge nurse to myself and Hospice staff.Delayed return of money owed family. Finally contacted State of Ohio which found facility DEFICIENT I'm many areas. Had my family member lived any longer we would moved her from the facility.

Just from what I've seem they have nets flying around they don't dust the patience room like the should always a lot of talking at the nurses station my auntie has smelling rugs rolled up by the wall in her room with those damm nets flying she had days of old cups of coffee juice sitting on her nite stand they we had to remove we had to dust her room we are looking into moving her to another facility for cleaner and better care for her health unbelievable 😡😡😡☹️🙁😢 I see my family member every other day! So sad this place

My mother is a currently resident. I have made several complaint. My complaints have been from staffing needs and direct care, food, answering alert calls, medication distribution etc. I am not all that pleased and pray that my mother gets well soon to be released home.

we have noticed that there new DON is not friendly at all. i was in my room listening to her conversation to another staff and i was kind of disappointed because the aid is very good at what she is doing and from my stand point of view she wasnt doing anything wrong. i also noticed that she is very grumpy at times. i think the DON should take some days off and relax. my point of view when i get out of here i do not want to ever come back to this place again. i have had a rough time with some aides just coming into my room turning off my light and walking out. most point no one seems to be happy not even the front staff people. i hear people complain alot about them not having raises and how they have no staff and they have to work short on certain units even when they are very hard.
