I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
