I spent three weeks here being treated for cellulitis ulcers on both legs. I had a large private room. My wound dressings were changed every day, and I left completely healed. I had physical therapy every day as well - leaving a lot stronger than I arrived. My bed was changed every day. Trash was removed every day. My room was cleaned every day. The spacious bathroom was cleaned every day. They sent me between-meals sandwiches/snacks if I were hungry.

Over the three-week span, I was visited by various doctors - one of whom became my family physician after I left. A podiatrist came in to treat and clip my toenails. A specialist visited me three times to see how I was progressing. The nursing staff was prompt, kind, caring, and knowledgeable of my condition. The physical therapists, in a laid-back way, pushed me to get stronger. I shared interests, and a sense of humor, with them. The PT room had everything needed for treating a wide range of needs. The food was at least as good as any other commercially-prepared food I have had in my 75 years of life.

In conclusion, my stay at MVC&R exceeded my expectations. I mean, what more can a patient expect than this? I would return to this facility in a heart beat.

Person that handles all services/personal/money issues is absolutey the very best at her position I have ever seen... She is an incredible talent and deserves a huge raise in salary... Person that handles daily events/activities is a lightweight...Thinks he is above all the patients/staff members/likes to appear to be in charge of everything but can't take criticism or suggestions and therefore is bringing the entire system ultimately to its knees...
