They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

If you are considering putting someone you love in this facility, please don't. My dad had to go to NSNR in 2011 after he was diagnosed with cancer. He was there to regain strength so he could return home. We had provided him with plenty of clothes but he was always in a hospital gown and a diaper. My dad was completely continent when we took him there and had never needed a diaper prior to his admission. However, he did require help getting to and from the bathroom so I think it was just easier for them to put him in a diaper. I had written my dad's name on the white board in his room, in very large letters (he didn't go by his given name). Yet, when I would ask a question, none of his staff seemed to know who I was talking about. I also had written a list of all phone numbers where myself and my siblings could be contacted (work, home and cell). My dad was a resident here for approximately one week. One day my brother stopped to visit him (around 11:00 a.m.) and he wasn't in his room so he went to the desk to find out if Dad was still gone to his radiation appointment. Apparently Dad had a stroke that morning around breakfast and had been transferred to the hospital. Not one of us (my siblings or I) had been contacted. Had my brother not stopped, I have no idea when we would have been contacted. Please, please reconsider putting your loved one here. Trust me, there are more examples I could give but I am trying to keep this short. (This is the second review I have written. I wrote one shortly after my dad died but it was removed shortly after I wrote it.)

Fairly Easy

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Somewhat, they could have been kinder

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
