One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was easy enough to find. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Absolutely horrible place to send a loved one! They refuse to get necessary medical equipment and neglect patients! The only helpful people there are the therapists! Nurse to patient ratio is inadequate! They have not followed doctors orders there and my Dad now has sores from them letting him sit in body secretions and it looks like the skin is being eaten away. They refuse to get him up each day (he is paralyzed on one side) and have refused to get him a wheelchair to have him sit in. Also make excuses for this and the nursing director has flat out lied to the insurance company about all of this several times! There is no reason they should have a license to care for people! They see a paycheck in each bed, not a person!
