Very bad, they could not account for my grandfather for a whole 8 hours !!! Anything could of happened to him, he was found outside the premises in a whataburger on old 83rd and 23rd . Why or how can he had gotten out without any kind of supervision?!?!?!? this is not acceptable and this will be reported to the state!
