They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

My mother had been admitted for over 24 hours and didn't receive medication until I intervened on her behalf.
